So Much Going On…

I’m not even sure where to start…but…

First an apology for neglecting this blog…I really don’t mean to, it’s just that I get busy on my many other projects & some like this blog, get swept to the wayside…though…one of the reasons that I find myself posting here today is because my biggest project has been on hold for days now.

Mystic Minds is my new Blogging Community for metaphysical, new age & spirituality bloggers.

Unfortunately, I cannot access my site…even though apparently others can…due to some DNS issue…DNS stands for Domain Name Server…and somewhere in cyberspace my domain name is being held hostage from my ISP… So, everything I have planned around the Mystic Minds project is on hold. I have a lot of fine character traits…unfortunately, patience has never been one of them…so, I’m frustrated, disappointed…annoyed & laughing at the cosmic joke of the whole situation.

Another big project I have going on is Mystic Squids, which is a Ning community for Metaphysically minded Squidoo lensmasters.

You’ll notice that the logo’s for both sites are very similar, this is because they are sister sites…built to enhance each other.

Mystic Squids is a private Ning…what that means is that what people say & do at the Mystic Squids Ning group…stays there…members forum posts & such are not accessible all over the Internet. Only other Mystic Squid members can view the inside areas of the site. The front page is veiwable…and anyone who is a Squidoo lensmaster is welcome to join…

A few people don’t like that the Ning is private because it doesn’t create backlinks that way…but, when I created the group, many members expressed that they didn’t want their forum posts accessible to the general public.

So I also created Mystic Minds blogging Community…which is a very public site. Mystic Squids is open to anyone who wants to blog about metaphysical, new age or spirituality topics. It’s a lot like Squidlog or Crabbysbeach…built on a Wordpress blogging platform…but it is open to anyone, not just Squidoo members.

I think the 2 sites really compliment each other very well.
