I totally agree with Anne on the SEO and people thingie (yes, thingie ). The Google bots have so much A.I. built into them these days that I almost poured one a cup of coffee as I was watching it read one of my posts the other day.

The two conventions used for seo are /%category%/%postname%/ and /%postname%/
Personally, I like the /%postname%/ and think that it helps with maintaining relevance through the entire blog.
I really can’t prove that, but I know it seems to work best for me. -
