Moussaka has to be one of my favourite dishes, particularly when consumed al fresco on a Greek Island (as I have been lucky enough to do)with a glass (or two, heck, even three)of red wine – yummmmmy!

Yes, while I think any loss of life is tragic, having seen the Orcas at Sea World in the 80s and feeling so priviledged to be able to see them, I would rather see them out in the wild. No tank, no matter how big can replicate freedom.
