One of the most popular affiliate marketing programs on Squidoo is Allposters. Allposters is an art website that sells primarily art prints, but also sells t-shirts, cardboard standups, and some other items. Most people on Squidoo use the Allposters website as a legal site for pictures to put on their lenses. And they can make some money too.
Allposters has a pretty good affiliate program. You can earn 20% of the sale price for most items, and you can earn money from any websites you recruit if they earn money. They do not lose money by being your recruit, but you earn from them.

Now, a bit of my opinion. I like Allposters, and I have earned a bit of money from the program. However, I would like to caution you that pictures do not replace text on webpages. This is a lesson that took me a very long time to learn because I am an artist and visually oriented. I think that pictures are overused on Squidoo altogether, and we underuse text. That doesn’t mean don’t use pictures. But pictures should enhance or be an accent, not replace text.
Alternatives to Allposters:
My favorite alternative to Allposters is [intlink id="365" type="post"]Zazzle[/intlink]. Part of the reason is that [intlink id="395" type="post"]Zazzle[/intlink] is made up of people earning money from their own designs, and many of them are also lensmasters. You can earn money as an affiliate on [intlink id="418" type="post"]Zazzle[/intlink] while your friends earn money on their products too. I talk about this more in this lens: Add Pictures to Your Squidoo Lens With AllPosters and Zazzle. As an affiliate on Zazzle you earn 15% of the sales price. You can be an affiliate and have a store on Zazzle as well.
