One of My Mentors

11:29 am in Lensmaster Blogs by lakeerieartists

has just written a delightful interview with The Homeopath in her Lens Reviews blog, and I, for one, am really glad she has. When I first started with , The Homeopath was one of my mentors. I learned a lot about the community from her. She is the epitome of the type of person that is part of . She is considerate, mature, interesting, passionate about her subjects of interest, and works on in between a very busy personal life. She taught me a lot about what a lensmaster should be, and how to ethically support my fellow lensmasters without lens rating exchanges. I also learned how to appreciate lensmasters that I may not agree personally with on certain issues, but that I respect for their lensmastery.

In her interview, The Homeopath says, “I do think that is pretty darn perfect the way it is and I’m very impressed with the way HQ goes about continuing to seek ways of improving the platform for useability.” And I have to say that I agree totally with her.
