SquidLog Enters 404 Page Contest

As some of you may be aware of, SquidLog’s theme (design, layout) is powered by the Hybrid Theme Framework. Justin Tadlock, the genius behind Theme Hybrid, has asked his community of users to come up with a funny, cool and smart 404 page in a little contest.

Wait, what’s a 404 Page?

We’ve probably all come across one of these default error landing pages (“Page Not Found”) when we hit a bad link that leads to a non-existent page. While this can be frustrating, a lighthearted and useful page might still save the day. It’s also a sign of common courtesy to your visitors and should be implemented on every website.

Why did we enter?

The prizes for the best entries include free lifetime membership in Justin’s Theme Support Club, which normally costs us $25 per year. A valid enough reason for us to give it a shot.

If you would like to cast a vote you are encouraged to check out the competitors and vote for your favorite 404-Page. ;)
