Happy Birthday to Squidoo Lensmasters Joan4

This is no April Fool’s, we are bringing you a special post today. You see today we want to say Happy Birthday to a very special Squidoo lensmaster….Joan4. If you know her well you know that she is Joan Adams from South Carolina.

Joan is not only a prolific lensmaster on Squidoo, she is one of the most friendly and positive people in the Community, too. When I was first getting started, Joan was one of the first lensmasters to reach out and offer encouragement and support. I know that I am not the only one, there are many others who would tell you the same thing.

I’m hoping that before she sat down at the computer today that she remembered to wipe down all of the places that have vaseline on them, let’s just hope that Whitey or the Grands didn’t put it on her keyboard! You can read some of the other pranks that her family pulls on her each year at April Fools Day Pranks. Her family sounds like so much fun!

Joan also co-hosts a radio show for Squidoo Lensmasters which we have come to refer to as GSOM or Giant Squid Open Mike. Be sure to listen in on Tuesdays at 5 PM. She and Kate always have the most interesting guests talking about topics that can help both the new lensmaster and the veteran lensmaster.

I really don’t think that I need to tell you much about Joan because I think that all of you know her and most of us are privileged to call her our friend. So instead of going on and on, I would rather suggest that you take a moment to leave Joan a comment wishing her a Very Happy Birthday.

Happy Birthday, dear Joan!

  1. What a beautiful tribute to my beautiful sister! Happy Birthday Joanie!

  2. Oh wow!! What a wonderful way to start the day! Thank you, Bev!! I am indeed thankful for you and all my Squidoo friends. What a treasure! You are so sweet to do this! Thank you! Thank you!

  3. Sending you special Birthday Greeting to a very special lady. Joan, you were one of my very first friends on Squidoo and we have collaborated from time to time – one of the things I think we can be so proud of is the Squidoo Step by Step Guidebook that we co-authored along with some other very special people.

I am so lucky that I actually get to speak to you every month and I want you to know how much I value our friendship.

I hope you have a wonderful birthday.
    Much love

    • Joan, you are truly a special lady, and I am proud to know you. I never would have met you without Squidoo, and that would have been a true loss. I did say Happy Birthday to you on another forum, but Happy Birthday again, you April Fool!
